Nanny Job in Stoney Creek, Ontario

We are looking for a full time nanny for our autistic son aged 9 Terms of employment: Full-Time Position must be available to work evenings and weekends Job duties: • Supervise and care for child • Organize and participate in activities such as games and outings for child • Oversee child’s activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by the parents • Take child to and from school and to appointments • Assist child with special needs with ¬¬Autism • Prepare and serve meals for child • Perform other housekeeping duties o Grocery Shopping o Meal Preparation o Laundry o Light Housekeeping Skills requirements: • Education: o Completion of high school • Work experience o Experience working with children with autism an asset; o 5 years’ experience working with children; • Reliable, outgoing, good social skills, organized, initiative, good oral communication, client focus Work Setting: • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
