I'm an
Individual
Dear Families, Greetings! I am thrilled to embark on a new journey as a nanny and bring my passion for early childhood education to your home. As a recent graduate in primary education, I am well-versed in creating engaging and educational experiences for children. My background extends beyond the classroom, with nine years of experience as a lifeguard, where safety and well-being have always been my top priorities. Teaching swimming lessons during this time has allowed me to foster strong communication skills and build meaningful connections with children of various age groups. Additionally, my summers were spent enriching the lives of youngsters at camps, further honing my ability to organize activities that are not only fun but also promote personal growth. Previous babysitting experiences have equipped me with the patience, creativity, and adaptability needed to navigate the unique challenges and joys of childcare. I am excited to bring my diverse skill set to your family, providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for your little ones. Let's embark on this adventure together, creating lasting memories and fostering a love for learning in the hearts of your children. Looking forward to meeting you and your family soon! I am seeking supply work as an educator, although I am currently available day time. My availability would be evenings and weekends. Rachel

Recommendations

Lindsay B

It is great pleasure to write this recommendation for Rachel B. We have been so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Rachel. Rachel would come in with the brightest smile and the feeling of want and excitement to be here. Having her apart of my daughters care and education has been such a blessing. Rachel has been a reliable and trustworthy tutor and babysitter. She would set goals with my daughter that would be completed for the necessary work in the time they are together. My daughter comes out of the tutor sessions feeling confident and guided. Rachel’s positivity, hard work and dedication has not only helped my daughter but it has also helped me to know she is getting the proper care and guidance that is needed. During this time there was nothing more I could of asked for. It was a pleasure to have Rachel be there for my daughter and her growth in education.

To Whom It May Concern, It is with pleasure that I write this reference for Miss Rachel Beaulieu. Rachel began her employment as a Lifeguard/Instructor with the City of St. Catharines in September of 2017. Rachel was well liked by facility guests and staff. She Instructed participants from infants to seniors in the Red Cross Swimming and Lifesaving Society Programs. While teaching she maintained a safe learning environment through injury prevention and enforcement of pool rules. Rachel prepared creative and engaging lessons and her knowledge in the swim levels she taught was excellent. She successfully met individual learning needs and showed admirable class management strategies. Rachel’s positive attitude while teaching helped promote a good rapport with the students and their parents. She is a kind and caring individual who truly enjoys working with children. It is for these reasons that she was one of our most requested instructors. In May of 2018, Rachel earned the position of Headguad Ready. She trained and enhanced her aquatic and leadership skills throughout the summer months and became a Headguard in September of 2018. In this position she collaborated with the recreation supervisory team on aquatic schedules, teambuilding exercises and facilitated and assisted staff trainings. Rachel demonstrated great leadership skills as her team performed many duties essential to the smooth running of the aquatic facility. In this mentor role, Rachel saw the completion and accuracy of all reports and records prepared by staff, including report cards and midterms for swimming lessons. As the Recreation Lead, I found Rachel to be a true professional, flexible in her thinking and always willing to take on a new challenge. I know that Rachel’s ambition is to become a teacher. It is evident by her efforts to provide meaningful learning experiences and by her sincere enthusiasm, that she will be a remarkable educator. She has my full support and I wish Rachel every success in all her future endeavours. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Katelyn O’Brien
