Hola! I'm Iael Alvez. I am currently completing my diploma for Special Event Planning program. I am looking for a full-time position, starting Mid July. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I have great experience in working with individuals of all age groups. I have 6 years of customer service experience from various industries. I have worked with children and youth in teaching roles; having volunteered at youth conferences and camps has provided me with skills in developing and facilitating leadership, team building exercises, organizing activities, mentoring lectures and encouraging participation. I have received training for various communication skills and leadership roles as well as having worked in both youth and primary settings locally and in South America. I recently served a 19 month volunteer mission. This experience has helped me acquire and developed the important skills of effective planning, detail organization, clear communication, execution of events, social dynamics and most importantly developing attributes of discipline, consistency, compassion, patience, diligence & sensitivity to needs.
