Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

Posting: Hi there my name is Cindy. I am hiring a home daycare provider available in NW Calgary, Alberta. We are looking for a responsible individual to come to our home, in the Dalhousie NW area, and help our 2 children get ready for school. Our oldest daughter is 10yrs old and our son is 8yrs old. They are pretty self sufficient, but still need help getting up and ready in the mornings. We need someone to be at our house by 6am sharp and help the kids get ready for school, make them breakfast, prepare lunches, make sure they brush their teeth, and dress appropriately for the weather. We would also need you to either walk or drive them to school, so it would be beneficial to have your own vehicle. It’s a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. School starts at 9:10am, so you can have them there between 9-9:05am and then your day is done :) I just accepted a new position at Foothills Hospital and I will be working 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of evenings. We would only need care for 2 weeks (AM shift) every month - approx. 30 hrs/mth. This position will start January 21st. We are hoping to do interviews over the next 2-3 weeks. We are also a dog friendly home :) Our small rescue pup is pretty timid around new people, so you would need to have some patience with her for the first little while. Service Requirements: Our home would benefit from play date supervision, teaching manners, and travel support. It is preferable if you have personal transportation available.
