Nanny Job in Canmore, Alberta

I am a nurse that works shift work and my husband works away. I am returning back to work in the fall to my part time position. I work 12 hr shifts your work day would be 13 hrs with my need to commute to and from work. It maybe a part time position but some weeks you will have full time hours. It will be a live out situation but that being said when I am working nights I will need the nanny to spend the night here and stay with the kids till noon. We have a spare room for you to use. We are an active family and it’s a must to get the kids outside and do activities daily. We have one daughter who is 3 and a son who is 15 months. Also a a gentle giant of a dog who is 4. Must be comfortable with a large dog. Along with my hours of work their will be opportunities for extra hours on the side to pick up for personal days for myself and/or husband, errands, Apts, date nights, etc. We had a nanny in between children and had an amazing experience with her. sadly with me being on maternity leave I was not able to guarantee hours for her and she decided to go a different career route! We really hope to bring on another nanny that will be a great asset and member to our family. It is very important for us to find a good fit for us. :) *MUST HAVE’S -able to work in Canada (if out of country a work visa) -Criminal record check -Have own car (we will provide car seats an $ for gas) *may request drivers abstract We live downtown Canmore and use of a car isn’t always needed. Walking distance to most things. -Up to date CPR -Up to date first aid -Willing to sign a contract to protect both parties *EXPECTATION -taking care of children -taking children to and from activities and/or school -cooking with respect to dietary restrictions -some household cleaning -errands -appointments -children’s laundry -pet care feeding and walking
