Nanny Job in Ottawa, Ontario

Seeking morning nanny/child-care provider, starting immediately from 8-10 a.m until September in the Beacon Hill south area. Looking for someone who is loving yet firm, to care for my beautiful four year old child for a temporary period, with some potential additional hours throughout the period. The right candidate will be available starting soon (or immediately) for the a.m. as mentioned above. I may desire care between 3 to 5 p.m as well. Starting September, it will be 2:30 to 5 p.m., permanently. Baby-sitting on occasional evenings and weekends may be a possibility, but will discuss and provide notice well in advance. My schedule is standard (M-F) but I can be flexible. I am willing to work around the right candidate’s other priorities (i.e. a teenager or a young adult who is trying to break into full-time work in their fields or studies). I will accommodate the right candidate's schedule, as long as she/he is a child whisperer of sorts. Advance notice will always be available. Pay is negotiable. This is a serious ad. - Must have experience with children. - Must provide references. - Must speak English.French shall be considered an additional asset. - A valid CPR and first aid certificate is an asset. - Must provide criminal record check. - G2 license is an asset. - Drug Test is required. - Must be able to lift children up to 50lbs.
