Nanny Job in Armstrong, British Columbia

Hi there, we are looking for someone special to provide part-time care of our 1 year old daughter Saige. I will be returning to my job as a night shifter, so I'll be needing some relief while I sleep! The plus side to this, is that we are flexible on hours and can accomodate to YOUR schedule! Looking for 4-5 hours a day (option of more/less), 2-4 days a week, depending on your preferences. My schedule is rotating (healthcare) so the days will change week to week, but always will be between Monday-Friday. You would have your schedule months in advance, so no surprises ! About us: My husband and I are looking for the right fit to help us raise our baby girl, Saige. We are very creative, artistic and laid-back parents who encourage Saige to be who she is, explore, and discover the magic of this world! We believe in being adaptable, fun and open-minded with our parenting, but also ensure our daughter values respect and boundaries. Saige is a very spirited and busy baby. She follows a basic 2 nap schedule and is an excellent sleeper. She will nap 1-2 hours if her routine is followed. She loves exploring, learning and playing. Music, dance, reading, movement and creative exploration are absolutely necessary parts of her daily living! I’m looking for someone fun and patient who will help guide her through her developmental milestones in a creative and positive environment. She’s not the kind of baby who will sit still in a playpen with the tv on, she NEEDS stimulation, interaction and imagination.She thrives on learning about this world. Looking for someone who can see the world through a child's eyes. Someone energetic and creative. Must be easy-going and patient, too! We are willing to work with your schedule and you can pick what hours work for you. Perfect for someone with another part-time job or a student. Must be OK with our dog, Luna.
