Nanny Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

We are a professional family with two young boys living in the Parkgate/Deep Cove area. We are seeking an energetic, loving, responsible and reliable person to help our family with childcare and household tasks. The most important aspect of this role is providing quality care for son(s). However, as time permits, we would also really value an extra set of hands to help with various tasks around the house. Days/hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm (somewhat flexible on hours) - around 12 hours per week. $20 per hour. Responsibilities include: -Pick up 7 year old boy from school (Dorothy Lynas) and walk home (10 minutes) -Supervise him play at the park -Supervise play dates -Organize activities at home (e.g. reading, Lego, colouring, crafts, etc.) -Help with homework -Clean house (e.g. clean floors, dust, clean kitchen, bathrooms) - could be done before school pick-up -Help with laundry (e.g. wash, dry, fold, put away) -Prepare simple meals for family -Occassionally pick up 4 year old boy from preschool We live right off Mount Seymour Parkway close to Parkgate and with easy transit access (211 bus).
