Nanny Job in Kelowna, British Columbia

Seeking full-time nanny for our son (3 years old) and daughter (1 year old) for 5 days a week Monday-Friday (8am-4/4:30pm). We are looking for an energetic experienced nanny (minimum 3 years nanny experience) who is passionate about children with a caring and nurturing personality. We are a non-smoking home. We are looking for someone who is committed long-term. First Aid required and early childhood education is an asset. Responsibilities of this position include: - Caring for children during the day including diaper changes, reading, taking for walks, playtime, outdoor/park time - Preparing food/bottles and feeding, including meals and snacks - Following schedule including nap times - Family dinner prep as needed - Light house cleaning including kitchen and dishes clean-up, folding children’s laundry, tidying toys, etc. The successful candidate will possess: - Minimum 3 years nanny experience with children, specifically with infants under one year old - CPR/first aid required - Early Childhood Education certification considered an asset - References - Willing to provide a criminal record check upon hiring. Compensation based on experience ($15-18/hour). Transportation to and from home required. However, transportation is not needed during shifts as we are located off the Abbott Street corridor in Kelowna and are in walking distance to parks, beaches, and town.
