Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We are looking for someone starting in October for 2 afternoons per week to care for our two boys. The schedule will be based around my husband’s shift work, which is a rotating schedule (ex: Mon/Tues one week, Tues/Wed the next and so forth). Typically 6-8 hours per week, hours needed are between 1-5:30 but for 3-4 hours per shift. This is a great arrangement for people who are very flexible and looking to pick up extra work. Typically we text our needs for the week, a week in advance. It is then up to you what you can commit to that week. It is that easy! Our boys are aged 3 and 21 months . They are very sweet little boys with easy going demeanors. We are looking for care in our home in Cadboro Bay Village. Very close to Gyro Park and Maynard Park. The boys are now at an age where if they love you, we love you, but if they are not super jazzed or connecting, it may not be a good fit. :-)
