Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

Hello! We are looking for a reliable, happy, responsible and loving nanny who is preferably French, Spanish or Italian speaking for care of a cheerful and fun loving 2 1/2 year old boy and 9 month old girl. My children are each other’s biggest fans and are easy going, quick to laugh and excellent eaters and sleepers! They love joyful, enthusiastic people who are creative in planning activities but can make everyday things fun too. They enjoy independent play too and we have been exploring some early Montessori at home ideas to encourage independent creative play and self reliant little people. A cheerful, loving and respectful home awaits our nanny. Light housekeeping and some meal preparation are required but an enjoyment of cooking, gardening (vegetables and flowers) or music would be a lovely bonus! Successful completion of first aid and CPR is required but can be arranged for the right person. Our needs are for a part time (20-30 hours per week) live out or preferably live in nanny. Our schedule needs will be flexible and variable but plenty of notice can be given to facilitate our nanny’s studies or other time constraints. Reliability is imperative. A live in nanny will have plenty of privacy in a bright and newly renovated basement complete with kitchenette. Our neighborhood is beautiful and full of parks, river pathways, cafes, grocery stores and recreation centres within minutes walk of our front door. We look forward to welcoming you into our home!
