Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello, we are looking for an kind, loving, gentle, and respectful live in or live out caregiver for our two kids aged 2 and 4 years old. If you are inspired to build an engaging, nurturing, creative and safe environment for our children both indoors and outdoors we may be the right fit. We are in Kitsilano and looking for care from approximately 9-6:30pm (2-3x week) and 11-6:30 (2x weekly) for someone to start in September but we are flexible with the right candidate. A typical day would comprise of: - Mornings with the 2 year old - developmental and musical play/ attend possible classes with them/ park time followed by lunch and nap time - Laundry/meal prep during afternoon nap - Alternate with parent on preschool pick up for our older child (late afternoon) - Late Afternoon- creative play/park time with both children - Tidying up after the kids' meals (floor and dishes) and light housekeeping to keep the kitchen, play space, and kids closets in order Qualifications required: - 2 years' experience as a caregiver for children (ideally experienced with toddlers) - ECE is a plus - Clean criminal record (including the vulnerable search sector) - Fluent in English (Spanish & French as a second language is a plus) - Current First Aid/ CPR Certifications, or willing to train Some flexibility with timings is preferable.
