Nanny Job in Montreal, Quebec

Hi, I am a single mother and I am looking for a part-time nanny that could help me out a few times per week when I have appointments or need to run errands and cannot bring the baby with me. Ideally it’s someone that has knowledge of or is willing to use respectful parenting towards my son. I believe he is learning by observing and taking things in in his own pace. I don’t think he gets bored and needs entertainment all the time, it’s us parents that create that need in them by never letting them just.... be. I also trust that he will be able to roll on his tummy, sit and crawl when he is ready. I prefer not to place him in awkward unnatural positions that he cannot yet attain himself.
