Nanny Job in London, Ontario

A little bit about us! We are a family of four - My husband Dan and myself, plus our vibrant 2.5 year old twin boys K and Q. We are a family of animal lovers to our household also includes 2 friendly cats and a large hound (aka: doorbell and resident couch potato). We are close to public transit, schools, and community centers. We are looking for someone who could start May 2019 Who we are hoping to find: - A full time, live out nanny - Experience with pre-schoolers and/or multiples is an asset. - The boys are very active, and we are looking for someone who will allow unstructured playtime, but also play based learning, outdoor time, and taking the boys to playgroups, or age appropriate activities (we would cover any costs associated with this). - We do not allow screen time, so you must be on board with this as well. - You would be expected to prepare lunches for the boys - the daycare they have been at until now has exposed them to many different flavors and cultures of food, so if you like to experiment with different flavors (they still aren't sold on spicy though haha) bring it on. The boys also love to help in the kitchen in any way they can. - You must be ok with pets - other than letting the dog out, a couple of times during the day, there would be no other pet care duties required. However, the boys absolutely adore the cats and dog, so they will probably try to involve them in play time :) - you would only be expected to clean up from meals or activities with the boys. Extras that would be a bonus (but by no means required): - life guard certification (we have an in ground pool - fully fenced separately from the backyard) - ECE or similar education - Fluent in a second language - Experience with Waldorf education Do you think you would be a good fit with our family?
