I've been a child care provider for 6 years and have experience with newborns to school age children. I've worked in day care centres as well as homes and have specialized training in infant/toddler care from trainings in NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Budapest. My training is centered on peaceful, respectful care based on RIE and Pikler approaches and even though it is primarily focused on infants and toddlers it can easily be applied to children of all ages. I have trained infant and toddler staff on this approach and have also given workshops aimed at pre-school workers as well. I love being outdoors and believe in play-based, holistic learning. I'm patient, friendly and understanding. Willing to do some light housekeeping and meal preparation.
