I am capable of working with children as I took care of my sister’s 3 kids, (two girls and one boy, who are now all grown-ups) since their first month until they finished grade school. I am now looking after the youngest, a 14-year old girl, whom I accompanied to her mother who is residing in Edmonton. My niece is an independent girl and I now have the time to start a new career with you. Spending time with my sister's kids are both tiring and enjoyable. I have to cope with their energy and on how active they are. I have to keep an eye on them to make sure that they are safe and doing well. I taught them letters, numbers and colors and even helped with their homework. At times, I have to stay awake all night just to check them when they are sick and I even have to stay with them in the hospital if needed. But when they hug me and say nice words to me, it's priceless. Winning a child's trust, love and respect is the best thing a person could ever receive.
