Nanny Job in Ottawa, Ontario

We are looking for a full-time nanny for our 2- & 4-years old boys and 14 years old girl starting in March 2019. This is a long-term position. You must love children, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, punctual caring and energetic. Your duties and responsibilities include: create a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for our children, perform all the tasks related to children, light housekeeping and cleaning, meal preparation, laundry and assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents. We live in Old Ottawa South close to transit, parks, school and lots of amenities. The care is mainly for our boys. We would love to have somebody who can take our 2 yr old to the park, library, activities and playgroups during the day, feed, change diaper and put him for naps. Take our 4 yrs. old boy to and from school, supervise homework and assist if needed. Emergency First aid and CPR training are required. Caregiver training or equivalent or nanny experience is preferred. Live-in or live-out nanny is welcome. Accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: this is not a condition of employment. Salary is $14/hour for 40-44 hours per week, with occasional evenings for which you will be paid overtime.
