Hi my name is Cait!

I have been a nanny for the past 4 years while simultaneously going to university to study Linguistics and Child Development. I recently had my first child (in October 2019) and am beginning to look for work where I can bring my son with me when my maternity leave is over at the end of August. I have experience working with children form newborns to ten year olds, twins, and watching 3 or more children at a time. I have taught Sunday School and volunteered in the nursery at church, and now I have the first hand experience of raising my own child!

I have my own reliable vehicle with room for one additional car seat or two booster seats.

My son Zeke is a happy and easy-going baby. He naps twice a day, and loves being around other of all ages. He would be joining me on most days!

A little more about me- I am an artist and in my free time I like to paint, write poetry, and play the ukulele. I love spending time with my family, especially outdoors if the weather allows for it. I really enjoy cooking and baking, and you can find me at home trying out new recipes and meal prepping! I practice attachment parenting with my own child, as well as any children in my care; mostly in the sense that I subscribe to the belief that children who have a nurturing connection with their caregiver will result in independent, empathetic, and secure children who are able to form healthy relationships throughout their lives. I aim for creative play everyday, through the exploration of art in all kinds of mediums at an age-appropriate level, as well as to spend time outside as much as possible!
