Dear Ma'am/Sir, I am a Filipino licensed nurse and currently working in Singapore as therapy aide in a residential home for the severely disabled and wheelchair-bound (79 residents and 30 daycare clients). Cases handled majority of cerebral palsy, stroke, quadriplegia, dementia, brain and spinal cord injury, etc. Im working here since July 2014-present. I perform therapy services such as exercises; assistance in walking, ROM exercises, ambulation, standing, etc. I also perform nursing skills (feeding via tube, wound cleaning and dressing, dispensing medicines as directed by nurse on duty, etc., also includes, toileting, transfer, mobility, bathing and feeding. I am currently attending courses for intellectual disabilities, autism and CP. I have valid CPR, First Aid and AED certificate given by Singapore Civil Defence Force. I also have Safety in Water (Hydrotherapy) Certificate.
