Nanny Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

I'm an
Individual
Hello Nannies - Our family is looking for a North Vancouver student/nanny/mother's helper/nanny share who can help us with our morning care and school drop offs. We have 2 boys 4 & 2 who attend North Star Montessori located adjacent to the North Shore Winter Club (near Keith Roda and Mountain Hwy). We need a dependable, on-time nanny to start her shift at 8am. We will meet you at our kid's school where the children will be handed over by a parent. The nanny will then be responsible for taking the kids inside, changing their shoes, taking them to the bathroom & washing hands, and any other minor tasks required for the school day. By 8:20am, both boys will be in class. Our older boy will stay there all day, but the younger one needs to be picked up at 11:20am, assisted in changing shoes and gathering all items, and walked across the street (5 min. walk going slow) to his daycare (rain or shine). The nanny would need to take him inside, drop any items and clothing at cubby, and escort him to his classroom. Actual time working with the children will be 8-8:20am and then 11:20-11...am, give or take a few minutes. In the middle, we need someone who can be available if a child needs to be picked up and willing to do small family errands in the area if needed (I'm stretching here because this isn't a huge part of the job, but maybe some random day we need a non-perishable from SaveOn - it would be great if the nanny could hop over and pick it up). But generally, there will be almost 3 hours in the middle that are free for whatever you need to do - study, take care of other kids, etc. We imagine this job would be great for a student who takes classes on the North Shore at noon or later to account for travel time. We are also somewhat flexible and can work with someone who is available in the mornings 2-3 days a week. It might also be great for a nanny who is already taking care of other kids in the area - in that case we would absolutely discuss the possibility with the other employer. Send me a message if you're interested in discussing the possibility. Denzil
