Nanny in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Hello I am a 22 year old female experienced in child care and enthusiastic to share my passion with your family. I can my resume, a criminal record check/ WWCC/ and first aid/CPR. Location: I am located in Halifax but willing to travel to surrounding areas. Transportation is easy as I own my own vehicle. My services: I have 6 years of child care experience after working in various settings such as day camps, over night camps and having the privilege of being a live in nanny for a year in the country of Australia. I recognize that it is important for children to have a routine and live an active and healthy life style. Cooking healthy meals, getting out doors, and interactive play is important to me as i like to limit technology time. An example of activities i have done with the children in my current job are playing with chalk, bubbles, making crafts, painting, reading and having fun with music. I like taking the kids on outings to the park, beach, picnics, and to get an occasional treat like ice cream and a bike ride or walks with a pram. I like to keep the activities appropriate to age so activities may vary. I am comfortable doing diaper changes if need be and putting down for naps. I also like to leave the house with a water bottle, snack, an extra change of clothes, wet naps and maybe a comfort item for the child. I am fully aware of sun safety so applying sun screen when appropriate. I am also comfortable with taking care of pets as i have pets of my own and have dog walked for the past 6 months as well as house/pet sit. Also Willing to share my experience of light house work such as sweeping, moping, dusting, laundry and Believe it it or not i like organizing drawers, play rooms or that closet you’ve been dreading!
