Nanny in Pembroke, Ontario

Hello, my name is Lisa and I am 37 years old. I hold a diploma in early childhood education and have 10 plus years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I most enjoying working as a dedicated nanny. I have studied play based and outdoor education for preschool aged children. I also have experience working with children with special needs. Recently I have been working outside of the education field and am looking to jump back in. My future plans are to open my own licensed home based daycare. I would like to find a family that values real life play based early learning experiences for their child(ren) as I believe that intrinsic motivation is the key to obtaining new knowledge and skills. I have full schedule flexibility, no children of my own, and can work evenings and weekends if needed. In my downtime I like to spend time with my rescue dog, a husky/collie cross, grow food in my garden, make art and work on my personal and professional development.
