Key Responsibilities Calendar management including: scheduling appointments, meetings; Interact with a variety of people on behalf of the Executive Chairman; Prepare and edit emails and documents; Make travel and hotel arrangements; Research and gather information on a variety of topics; Prepare expense reports; Screen phone calls, letters and emails; Redirect correspondence to the appropriate contacts; Manage confidential information; Maintain a filing system and keeping necessary documents readily accessible when required; Run personal errands, including driving responsibilities for children; Anticipate and plan in advance for events that may arise; Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements High School diploma, GED or equivalent; Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role; Ability to adapt to a changing schedule; Legally entitled to work within Canada; Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced PowerPoint skills required; Exceptional typing skills; Previous experience managing confidential and sensitive information; Strong interpersonal skillset in all forms of communication (written, verbal and presentation); A professional attitude; Superior organizational and time management skills; Valid drivers license required; Proven ability to complete tasks within a deadline.
