Listening, doing things that could help them get by and entairtain( with dementia,organizing medication,preparing food , helping with the basics) or simply a company/friend/assistant. I work out of love. My last employment was with Millie turning 4 very soon but because of my immediate family need, i left her with a trusted sister who look after her now and for the family.
