Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We, Stephanie (Family Physician) and Paul (Software Engineer, works from home), are looking for a gentle, and attentive nanny for our 10 month old daughter, Acacia. We would like to find someone to work 20-30 hours per week, daytime hours. With Paul working from home we usually have some flexibility if you have an occasional personal errand. No weekend or evening hours required. Acacia is a lively, happy little girl. We are looking for someone who can provide safe, attentive care and focus on her well being. We do not require housekeeping and instead are interested in someone who has early childhood development in mind. We live in Southpoint at the base of Bear Mountain. At this time, we are not requiring our potential nanny have a car or license. Your job will focus on Acacia, taking her out in the neighbourhood, potentially linking up with other nearby families with kids of similar ages. You will also be responsible for feeding her and following food prep guidelines we provide. We have two dogs. You have no pet care responsibilities - but you should be comfortable with dogs (they are all very friendly). Flexible start date is June 1st. If you are interested please contact us so we can chat!
