My name is Natalie and I have several years of experience working in Childcare. I started babysitting when I was 16, and quickly learnt I truly enjoyed working with children. I started working at a before and after school care program, which lead into taking my Disabilities Diploma as I developed a passion in supporting individuals that may require more support. I also have my Early Childhood Education certificate. I worked at the Okanagan Waldorf School working in the Early Years Centre, which I truly enjoyed. I learnt so much about child development, as each child learns and grows at a different pace. It was truly a wonderful place, and it has shaped who I am today, and the approach I have with children. I always had a love for children, but working at the Waldorf School allowed my love to grow stronger, as I became more passionate about proving exceptional care to ALL children. I love being able to sing, read stories and build meaningful experiences with children. Located in Salmo but willing to commute to Nelson, Fruitvale, etc.
