My name is Jane. I am 25 years, a female and a Ugandan. I currently work as a Public Relations assistant at a local NGO that helps children living on the streets. My role involves fundraising advocacy and communication. This position has exposed me to many opportunities of meeting and working with people from different nationalities. It also polished my understanding of child rights and child protection. I have no criminal record whatsoever. Honesty and integrity are my biggest strengths. It is mainly because of them that i was retained in the position I hold today. Before I joined the organisation, I offered housekeeping and baby sitting services to expats and missionary families in Kampala. I did this for a period of two years and I am sometimes called to baby sit part time when I am on leave from work. I have experience working with all ages including babies below 12 months and autistic children. I can do house chores like cleaning floors, vacuuming, laundry, dusting, ironing, doing dishes and cleaning the outside(compound).
