Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

Hi, We are a busy and happy family seeking a part-time live-out nanny for our children. Our children are ages 6, 7 and 9 years old. They are sporty, creative, musical, fun and are all in full time school. We live near Mount Royal University and have a non-smoking vegetarian home. We like eating healthy, and being outdoors hiking, cycling and skiing with the kids. Hours would be from 12 pm to 5 or 5:30pm, Monday to Friday ( around 25 hours per week). Responsibilities would include housekeeping duties when the kids are in school (making dinner, house cleaning, doing laundry, grocery shopping). When children are home from school, then focus would be on helping with homework, driving to their after school activities and play. Your mornings would be yours to relax, go the gym, catch up on errands etc. Opportunity for full-time hours in summer months and on PD days (days when school is closed, about 1/month) if you are interested. Includes paid stat holidays, CPP and EI. We are willing to offer very competitive pay for the right candidate. We require someone who can make at least a commitment to the end of June next year. Ideal candidate has post-secondary education, is a pleasant, trustworthy, punctual, tidy, and energetic individual. Speaking French is an advantage. Driver’s license, a good driving record, police check and references are required. We will provide our van to drive the children.
