Nanny Job in Collingwood, Ontario

After being on here for a bit, I have narrowed down what I need for a part-time flexible Nanny. I am open to discussing consistent hours to ensure fairness. I have three kids 50% of the time: A 7 year-old boy and 4-year old boy in school, a 2-year old girl in part-time daycare. I have a flexible work schedules as I am self-employed, however I sometimes need to travel for a meeting and can't always do it between school drop-off and pick-up. This is what I am looking for: 1) Occasionally pick-up the kids from school and daycare around 3pm, bring them home, make them snacks, etc.. until I get home (typically 5pm latest) 2) Occasionally come over early (maybe 7pm) to make breakfast for the kids and take them to school/daycare. 3) Occasionally take care of my 2-year old daughter during the day while the boys are at school. 4) Quite a few evenings (so I can have a life!) 5) Occasionally staying overnight (maybe 2-4 times per year). I have a cabin in the back that I rent out on Airbnb that you can stay in if you want your own space. It will be like a vacation! If required, I can offer some consistent hours which can be used for light cleaning or meal prep. I will pay a high wage for flexibility and bonuses for any super early/late night/overnight hours.
