Mount Pleasant Family Looking for After School Care (Part Time) We are looking for someone to pick up our children (ages 5 and 2) from school, drive them home and assist with dinner, bath and bedtime. Flexible scheduling - We can work around your availability! 4-20 hours per week. Driver’s license and vehicle required. Ideal position for students or someone looking to supplement their current employment. Start date: August/September 2018 Rate: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: 3-7 pm, 1-3 days per week (potentially up to 5 days a week, shared with another family), occasional evening/weekend babysitting optional Job Responsibilities: - Pick up children from school/daycare (near Commercial) and drive them home to Mount Pleasant - Light meal preparation (for children only) - Supervise bath/bedtime routine - Very light tidying of toys and kitchen Job Requirements: - Over 19 years old - High school or equivalent - Childcare or early childhood education experience and/or training - Driver’s License, own vehicle and clean driving abstract - CPR and First Aid Certificate (We will pay for training for the suitable candidate) - Criminal record check - At least 2 related references - Able to commit to agreed hours until Summer 2019 or beyond
