Nanny Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

We are looking for a full time Nanny for our 3 year old (almost) one year old. You will be expected to interact with our daughters through crafts, singing, music, activities, etc. You will take them to the park, play centers, scheduled activities such as swimming lessons, soccer, dance, etc. You will have your own transportation, clean driving record and at least 5 years experience. You must be energetic, imaginative and creative. You are mature, hard working, and think outside of the box. We will not micromanage, so if you rely on being told what to do rather than taking the initiative, then this job is not for you. We have zero tolerance for anyone who chooses their phone or any device over their responsibilities. We will both be working full time and as part of your duties, you will be asked to do some light housekeeping, laundry, pet care and other duties as assigned by us. As any parent would, we want the absolute best for our daughters, so our expectations are very high. We want to be able to trust you with our daughter's lives and your understanding of that responsibility is detrimental to your success in this role.
