Dian Francisco was our full time nanny for our 18 month old daughter from October 2017 to January 2018 inclusively. Dian came referred to us from a family friend and we support that recommendation. Dian was always punctual, demonstrated competence, frequently took initiative in finding new ways to entertain and educate our daughter, and provided a congenial atmosphere in our household. She was always available to work extra time at the end of the day when requested. We found Dian to be committed, serious, and level headed. Regretfully, we asked Dian to seek alternate employment when our daughter was accepted prematurely into the carefully selected daycare of our choice. My wife and I would otherwise have continued to employ her, as our daughter had grown quite fond of her.
