I am a very work orientated individual who is willing to take on any task, large or small. I am looking for a job where I am able to bring my existing skills I currently excel in, as well as learn new skills in an educational environment. I work efficiently in a team environment and fully understand that it takes cooperation, teamwork, and respect to make an environment run efficiently, and smoothly. I have had years of experience working with special needs individuals, which have allowed me to understand what is needed to make a community based job run smoothly. Having completed a four-year Arts degree I consider myself to excel in organization, multitasking, working individually, and understanding that all tasks, large or small, need to be completed with the same level of care, and aptitude. I have currently completed the PGDE (Professional Graduate Diploma in Education), in Scotland at the University of Strathclyde. Being educated at an international level, I feel as though I am well aware of the different elements that various education systems possess, and how these elements ensure the system runs smoothly. Completing three different school placements within the Scottish Education system has enhanced my communication skills to a level where I am confident speaking to all audiences large or small, on various topics. Having knowledge from both the Canadian, and Scottish Education system has allowed me to venture further into the education systems as a whole, gaining a better understanding of how to become an effective educator. I would describe myself as an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people, and engaging with them on a personal level. In all my previous or current jobs, communication, and people skills have been a high priority, and an asset that I consider myself to possess. As a caregiver, I provide house cleaning, cooking, and outgoings with children.
