Nanny Job in Kitchener, Ontario

Thank you for taking the time to view our posting. Our son will be one years old in October 2018. My partner and I have worked as a team to nurture our son into this world and have enjoyed the highs and lows of being new parents. Our son is our priority, joy and purpose. I will be heading back to work mid-September beginning of October 2018. We are searching for a nanny who can apply a child centred approach, who is self-aware, can gain perspective of our sons world and environment. We would like a nanny that takes initiative and suggests ideas to increase our sons learning and development. Someone who can create a learning plan that encourages imagination and growth . We hope our nanny becomes part of our team in nurturing our son to the best version of himself. Communication is essential, honesty, and reliability. Secondary language (Spanish/French) or willing to learn along with our son. Access to a vehicle is essential as we do live far from public transit. Candidates with ECE will be given preference. However, my partner and I encourage education and will do our best to support our nanny in achieving higher education in the future.
