Our family is looking for someone to help us out with the usual kinds of child care (meal preparation, driving to and from activities, supervision etc.) but more than that, we are hoping to find someone who will really fit with the kids and develop a strong relationship with them. We have been spoiled with some wonderful nannies in the past, and hope we can find someone who is a good role model, who takes initiative, and who is invested in her job.
