Nice to meet you! My name is Sophia Stickland and I am a Pregnancy, Labour, and Birth Doula in the Belleville and Quinte Area! I love mothers and their pregnancies and wish to support them to have their ideal labour and birth experience. I provide support and care throughout your pregnancy with weekly visits and teach you about your pregnancy, upcoming labour and how to mentally and physically prepare for the big day! During labour I will be there for you every step of the journey, providing support through early labour, active contractions, transition and pushing stages, and early postpartum period.
