Diedra sparked her curiosity, encouraged her energy, and nurtured her development. And our daughter developed a strong bond with her. Diedra was very intentional in her engagement with us. Every morning, she would ask if there were any special instructions for the day or if there had been any new developments with Sawyer that we should be aware of. Throughout the day, she would send us pictures of Sawyer’s adventures. At the end of the day, she would give us an update on Sawyer’s experiences, diet, sleep, and behavior. If we ever needed to hire a new nanny, Diedra would be the first person we would pursue. She is reliable, innovative, and energetic.
