I qualify for this position due to great amount experience in this role. My mother owned a daycare for 18 years meaning I grew up learning how to care for children aged 2 months to 12 years. I began babysitting at the age of 12 and continue to babysit the same family from time to time, as their need for me diminished. More than that, I have previously participated in the conduction of summer camps for children aged 2-6 giving me increased experience with this age group. My previous summer job as a supervisor has helped me develop the responsibility and leadership needed to confidently care for children. My first aid, CPR C, AED training food safe training allow me to fully care for the physical well-being of the children. On top of those certificates, my knowledge from nursing allows me to understand the needs both physically and cognitively of each age group. I have a driver license meaning I can transport myself and the children if needed. I speak fluent english and french opening any possible language barrier. I love kids and am eager to get a chance to spend time caring for them.
