Nanny in Hamilton, Ontario

I will be returning to Canada at the end of June this year from teaching in South Korea. I am certified as a primary/junior teacher with an additional specialized qualification in kindergarten. I am looking for short-term childcare work for the months of July and August. I completed my undergraduate studies as well as my Bachelor of Education at the University of Toronto. I have been a nanny on both a part-time and full-time basis for numerous families for the past 4-5 years. I have worked with a wide variety of ages of children, from infant to pre-teen. I have primarily looked after infants, toddlers, and kindergarten age children. I was also a lifeguard and swimming teacher for four years and am quite comfortable supervising and teaching children swimming. I really love working with children, it has been my passion since I was a teenager and I have been working with children in one context or another for most of my adult life. I am constantly learning new things from the children and families I work with and hopefully, growing as a better educator and caregiver.
