Employer’s name: Kile and Julia Employer’s Address: Lobb Court, Bowmanville, ON Location of work: Same as above Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home Prepare the infant for rest periods Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infant Bathe, dress and feed the infant Discipline infant according to the methods requested by the parents Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the infant Organize, activities such as games and outings for the child Prepare and serve nutritious meals Supervise and care for the child Tend to emotional well-being of the child Shop for food and household supplies Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Care for 2 cats: feed them twice a day Child's age: Infant (He will be 1 year old in February 2019) Requirements: - Education: Completion of high school - Experience: At least a year of full-time experience as a caregiver is required - Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR, CPR Certificate or First Aid Certificate are assets - A criminal background check is required - Non-smoking environment Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 hourly, 30 to 40 Hours per week. Overtime will be required. Benefits: Extended medical insurance, transportation Important Information: - Work schedule: both employers work full-time on shifts, therefore the nanny would have to work very flexible hours, according to the employers’ schedule at the moment. Employers’ shifts can be from 6AM to 4PM or 7AM to 5PM, 3PM to 1AM or 5PM to 3AM and 11PM to 7AM. The nanny will have to adjust her/his schedule to these shifts. Days off will be provided on a rotational basis. The nanny’s work shifts will include early morning, morning, day, evening, night and weekend.
