Nanny / Parent's Helper Salary: $11/Hourly Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Language: English Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Minimum Education: High School Job Location: Burnaby, British Columbia Essential Requirements: Must be a responsible and caring individual who loves being with children. At least 1 year of professional childcare experience. First Aid & CPR certification. Speak and write proficiently in English. Clean criminal record and vulnerable sectors check. Additional Qualifications: A nursing or early childhood education background/certification are desirable, but not required. Children's ages: Newborn, 3 year old, and 5 year old. Work setting: Employer's home. Job overview: Helping parent(s) with basic personal care of the children including: feeding, dressing, and changing diapers. Supervision with activities and playtime. Accompanying children to activities. Help with homework. Light housekeeping. Ultimately responsible in looking after the children when parents are not home.
