I am looking for a Nanny who can be intellectually stimulating, engaging and energetic in her dealings with my children. I want to raise self-reliant, cooperative, intelligent and empathic children so I need someone who can be kind yet firm.
I can easily hire people to help me with heavier housework, laundry and gardening so I don\'t want this to be the focus of what my Nanny does. Her priority must be to teach my children discipline and respect.
