Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We are seeking a care provider to support our family. We presently need care for our 3 years son 4-5 days a week (M/W/F/T and occasionally weekend). He has some speech delays, so we prefer our new caregiver be a lover of language : ) We are seeking someone who is creative, fun, silly, outgoing and can multi-task. Child development is very important to us, so planning creative ways to implement learning and exploring the world around them is appreciated.
