My name is Deandra Welcher, i'm a loving, caring, passionate person towards everyone including children. I'm fun, trustworthy & reliable. I'm interested in nannying younger children (at an affordable cost) as I have a daughter of my own. She is 1 & a half. I'm looking for children close to her age so they can interact with one another & develop social skills together, etc. I'm currently running a dayhome, looking after 2 children ages 6, & 7 but am putting in a nottice sometime within the next couple months. My whole life i've been around kids & have a lot of experience with every age group. I also have my first aid course completed so no worries there.
