I have worked as a nanny for 13 years and stopped once they grown into preteens. Two kids and sometimes the fathers son (3 kids) at the same time. Responsibilities were to cook, clean, keep them active instead of having them sit and watch television. Sometimes placed in time outs when they became unfairly to one another (verbal words). The positive outcome of this job was to grow up and getting to know the kids(now teens), and learn responsibility to look after young ones. The weakest outcome was when the kids grew up and no longer needed me.
