Nanny Job in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

We have an amazing 6 year old daughter and 10 month old son! My husband has been on parental leave since Sept 2021. He will be returning to work in the near future. We are looking for a nanny as soon as possible to watch our son and daughter (when she gets home from school). The days and hours of work can be flexible as my husband and I will be working primarily remotely from home. We are looking for part-time nanny to start (25-30 hrs/ week) but may lead to full time. We are looking for a nanny who - is someone who is fun, energetic, responsible, and patient. - someone that would like teach and help our kids grow! - is an experienced nanny (1 yrs FT minimum experience or a combination of PT experience) - has related training to nannying/caring for kids - can successfully complete a criminal record/background check. - is looking for part time work to start (25-30 hrs/week) and open to full time work. - has first aid training, - has a drivers licence & clean drivers abstract. Vehicle ideal but not necessary. - is able to cook nutritious meals for the kids and start dinners - is interested to clean the house on a weekly basis (time would be set aside for this, no kids at that time) - loves working with kids of all ages - loves animals (We have a very sweet indoor cat and dog (mini Aussie). - loves outdoor activities (bike riding, walks). - is interested in a bit of extra travel, although not required (Primarily California/Alberta) -interested in the occasional Friday/Saturday night time with the kids ( so mom and dad can have the occasional night out). A bit about our kids: Our 6yr old daughter is an amazing big sister to our 10 month old son. She is currently in grade 1. She loves to giggle and play with her little brother. She also loves swimming, skating, gymnastics, horseback riding, dance, and lego building. She loves to be around other people. Our son, loves his sister so much. He is constantly following his big sister around looking to play with her. He loves to be chased and caught around the house. He loves to climb the stairs, laugh, cuddle, talk (baby talk) and just be around people..... is becoming quite the jokester. A bit about us. We are both working professionals. I am business owner and he is returning to work part time to balance work and family life. We would be happy to share more, once contact has been made with a potential nanny.
