Hi, my name is Kelsey! I am a childcare professional in Medicine Hat/Elkwater area. I have lot’s of experience working with children in a variety of settings, and a variety of qualifications. - Early Child Development certification from Medicine Hat College - 1 year Student Teaching Grade 4 - 1 summer planning, running and implementing summer camps at Medalta Potteries - 1 year as the Lead Early Childhood Educator in the 3/4 class at an accredited preschool in Medicine Hat - 5 years providing full time & part time Nanny and Babysitting services - Advanced First Aid certified (including infant cpr) - NCCP Fundamental Movement Skills Training certified - Working through Childhood Anger & Behaviors certified I currently provide nanny services for 2 families in or around Medicine Hat and would consider one more if it was the right fit. I am most familiar with and take a gentle/progressive approach to parenting and childcare. I strive to spend as much time outside with the kids as possible especially in the summer time. Depending on the age of the kids I generally prefer families that are ok with us going on outings to parks, splash parks, swimming, the library etc. Currently my schedule varies a bit but I do know it months in advance. So especially great if your schedule is somewhat flexible. My rate varies based on number and age of children, expected care duties and household duties. It ranges from 18$-25$/hour.
