Nanny Job in Nanaimo, British Columbia

Our family requires a live out Nanny for approximately 25 hours per week. Would need to start by January as I am returning to work full time. We have a flexible schedule. This is a long term position. We are looking for someone that is educated with experience and schooling to a level that they are confident to run a household and care for children. We do appreciate formal education but are not stuck on particular certificates, however, will need to see a passion for meeting children\'s needs. Our family is busy, fun, creative, loving and gentle. We will need this individual to be excepting and contribute to our energy. Responsibilities will include: caring for Toddler (provide activities and experiences, care routines such as snack meals and nap routines) provide afterschool care (ensure they follow house hold routines and are cared for accordingly) housekeeping as required. My children are extremely well behaved and are certainly a pleasure to be around. It\'s important to me that the children have structure and routine but it be carried out in a supportive and positive way. I envision a special, intelligent, thoughtful, and warm individual that will be present and nurturing to my children. I would like to return to work knowing that my house will not fall apart and continue to run smoothly ;)
