Hello, I am a 21 year old Dalhousie graduate. I recently graduated with a Bachelor in Science with a focus in child psychology. In September I will be going to Ryerson to work towards a degree in Nursing. I have always loved children and have worked with them in the past. I am able to carry on conversations with children and enjoy their personalities. Throughout high school I would volunteer at a local children centre and worked as a camp councillor for Camp Marygrove. This is a camp for underprivileged children form around the GTA, it was a non profit camp run my St. Vincent De Paul. Last summer I went on a 40 day service trip to Africa where we went into different schools and taught children about hygiene. I am also an emergency supply teacher for York region and have worked in a a few different schools with a variety of different age groups. I am comfortable with a large amount of responsibility. I hope to one day work as a paediatric nurse as working with children is a passion of mine. I am reliable and can give consistent quality care.
