Nanny in Halifax, Nova Scotia

I graduated in December 2015 with my degree in Business Administration .. Why am I seeking a position as a nanny? The truth is, I am working hard to combine the things I love and am passionate about and translate them into a job. My true passion lies working with children and I have done so, in some capacity, for many years. I have worked for The Halifax Regional School Board's Excel program in term positions while completing my degree and have significant experience working with children ages 4-12. That said, I also have experience dealing with babies and toddlers through babysitting positions over the years. I have travelled all over the world and love to instil a sense of adventure, wonder, and curiosity in the children I work with. Things I feel are important: - Ample time spent outside - Colouring, drawing, creating art or all types - Baking (if age appropriate) - Reading - Conversation - One of the activities I did while working for the Excel program was "apple and onion" .. the apple is the best thing that happened during the child's day, the onion is the worst.
